Pretty pair of hoop earrings from the 1990s.
They are made of lightweight plastic which makes them easy to carry.
On each of the loops there are small transparent green rings of different sizes
Clasps are studs for pierced ears.

These buckles come from a Dead Stock, that is to say an old store stock, so they are vintage AND new :)
